I went from working at a fair trade label, to freelancing, to founding my own media business (Conscious Life & Style, which reached millions), to eventually leading Conscious Fashion Collective.
Through all the pivots and learning curves, I kept searching for a community that actually got it — where I could ask real questions, learn from people ahead or alongside me, and feel less alone in building something meaningful.
That community didn't exist. So we built it here.

Being based in a country, and on a continent, with rich sustainability cultures, I’m fascinated by how we build welcoming, accessible, and inclusive movements that honor that past while looking to the future.
I love hosting and organizing fashion sustainability events, because I believe that bringing people together in spaces that allow us to break out of our silos, normalize nuanced conversations, and encourage knowledge-sharing lays the foundation for change-making. We've all been to those awkward networking events that feel transactional or surface-level. Here's what makes CFC different:
Real expertise, not just random advice. You're not just learning from random strangers on the internet (or getting generic AI tips that you don't know if you can trust). You're getting access to industry experts from organizations like Good On You, Patagonia, Fashion Revolution, and Global Fashion Agenda.
Curated community, not a free-for-all. We review every application to ensure members are genuinely committed to sustainable fashion. This isn't a LinkedIn group where anyone can join and no one actually knows each other. It's an intentional community of people who share your values.
Ongoing support, not one-off events. The CFC Membership is so much more than an individual networking engagement. This is a year-round resource where you can get feedback on your work, ask questions when you're stuck, and build real relationships over time.
We're here to facilitate connections. Through member matching, curated intros, and tagging members in forum discussions, we actively help you connect with the right people (not just throw you into a room and hope for the best).

All of our core membership events are virtual, which means you can join us from wherever you can hop on a Zoom call! We have members from five continents currently: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Most events are hosted on Thursdays in the mornings for Americas and afternoon/evenings for EMEA. We may sometimes host events on other days and times too.
We record all of educational events. And you also will have the opportunity to post your questions or ask for feedback beforehand for any event that contains a Q&A or review portion.
We get it! You're already stretched thin running your business. That's exactly why we designed the membership to be flexible (and to save you time).
Can't make the live events? Every educational session is recorded and connection events are recapped, so you can catch up on your own schedule.
Need quick advice? Drop a question in the forums and get responses without attending a live call. Every single question is guaranteed a response, and our community is deeply supportive — we genuinely want to see everyone in the community succeed.

Many of our members go through seasons of being super active and seasons where they're more in "absorbing mode", accessing recordings and resources when they need them. We know life and business go through seasons, and the membership is designed to support you through all of it.
Renewals: You can purchase an annual plan (paid every 12 months) or a quarterly plan (paid every 3 months). Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel.
While we would be bummed to see you go, we understand that needs and situations change. You can cancel your subscription through the membership portal directly at any time. No complicated hoops to go through.
Price: We like to take care of our members, so the price you sign up with is locked in for the duration of your membership (unless you are using a temporary offer code). That means that even if the price goes up for new members, your price will stay the same.
We offer global access pricing for members joining us from select countries in the Global South. If this applies to you, please indicate this your application and we will send you more information.
We also have a nonprofit discount. Please indicate that you are a nonprofit founder in your application for this offer.
Also, keep in mind that professional memberships can often be eligible as tax-deductible business expenses for business owners, depending on your business and locale. Please consult your accountant or tax advisor for advice on local laws and individual guidance!
