At Conscious Fashion Collective, we believe that we can drive more powerful positive change when we come together and cultivate regenerative relationships, support genuine collaboration, and cross-share knowledge that can push the industry further, faster on its’ sustainability goals.
The Conscious Fashion Collective Membership connects slow fashion changemakers with each other, keeps members informed on sustainable fashion, expands their education and supports members with value-packed resources to thrive in their career and make a bigger impact — whether that's through freelancing, a full-time job, and/or running their own business.
The Story Behind the Membership…
Hey there, I'm Elizabeth!
And like most impact-driven professionals, I had a non-linear path into my sustainable fashion career. I went from interning at a fair trade fashion label to then shifting fields, to freelancing in sustainable fashion (including for Conscious Fashion Collective!), to founding my own business, Conscious Life & Style, which has reached millions. (The platform is also home of the Conscious Style Podcast — a show featured by Fashion Revolution and Apple Podcasts.)
Along the way I was searching for a network and community to build relationships with like-minded slow fashion advocates, a place to find jobs, dive deeper, ask questions, and get no-fluff greenwash-free insights on sustainable fashion.
I never found this space that I was craving so I decided that we needed to CREATE it here at Conscious Fashion Collective!
Who is the membership for?
Conscious Fashion Collective's membership community is designed for individuals currently working in or seeking to work in sustainable fashion. And while we love to cheer on all slow fashion advocates, our membership is not designed for those with a personal interest in sustainable fashion with no intention to make it a professional pursuit.

Most events are on Tuesdays or Thursdays, in the mornings for Americas and afternoon/evenings for EMEA. We sometimes host events on other days and times too.
We record all of our workshops, guest Q&As, group coaching calls, and review sessions.
You also will have the opportunity to post your questions beforehand for any event that contains a Q&A portion, so you can still ask your questions even if you can't attend live.
Similarly, you can send the relevant link or file in advance of any review session (like a resume review) to get your materials reviewed, even if you can't come live.
The only events we do not record are social networking events where the conversations happen in breakout rooms. That said, we also encourage you to direct message and set up calls with other members you connect with too!

We currently offer quarterly and annual payment options. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel your membership.

We post a range of jobs, from internships to experienced roles at the intersection of fashion and sustainability. We prioritize remote roles, as well as the locations where our members are based. Once you enroll in your membership you'll have the opportunity to fill out our intake form and share with us which roles you're looking for so we can keep a special eye out for those!
In addition to jobs at sustainably-minded fashion organizations, we post sustainability roles at larger “traditional” fashion companies and roles in adjacent industries, like in sustainable homewares and home textiles as well as labor and environmental nonprofits that engage in the textiles / fashion space.

Professional memberships are often eligible as tax-deductible business expenses for business owners. Please consult your accountant or tax advisor for advice on local laws, though.

Yes. We are able to offer a limited number of scholarships. You can apply for a scholarship here.

As long as you remain in the membership, your membership price will stay the same (unless you join with a temporary discount code, like a student discount).
Even if the price of membership increases for new members, it will NOT go up for existing members.
