Mending & Repair Businesses
Coblrshop - on-demand repair service
This Boston-based female-founded startup is on a mission to make repair mainstream. While repair is the most sustainable option, and usually the less expensive option, it has also been the most difficult one, but not anymore! Coblrshop is changing the game on restoring your beloved items by making this option on-demand and as easy as online shopping.
How it works: First, you can order repair services on their site — from full repairs to à la carte options like heel restoration. Coblrshop will send you a mailer and prepaid shipping label and you'll drop off your shoes at your nearest UPS drop off site. Two weeks later, you'll receive your restored shoes back, looking good as new!
