We Make Good, a Dublin-based social enterprise creating sustainable employment through textile manufacturing, is seeking an Operations & Sustainability Manager to drive their next growth phase. The role involves overseeing workshop operations, managing budgets and finances, leading their new professional textile repair training programme, and building relationships with funders and partners.
The ideal candidate has:
3–5 years in operations or business management (ideally in fashion/textiles),
Strong financial, project management, HR management skills,
Written and verbal communication abilities, and
A passion for social justice and sustainability.
