Location: US Remote

About the Role: MarketPlace: Handwork of India is looking for a Marketing Manager who is not only skilled in digital strategy but also deeply customer-focused. By analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and feedback, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to retain current customers and attract new ones, increasing their customer base. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be hands-on in creating compelling content across digital, social, and other platforms that tells the brand story, showcases MarketPlace's products, and builds meaningful connections with their audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or eCommerce.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics to drive decisions.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Creative thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred: experience with eCommerce marketing, fair trade brands, or social enterprises.
