Fair trade fashion brand Marketplace: Handwork of India is looking for a Web and Digital Marketing Manager who is not only skilled in digital strategy but also deeply customer focused. This role involves understanding their audience — what inspires them, how they engage with the brand, and what drives their purchasing decisions. By analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and feedback, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that can attract new customers and increase the customer base.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Insights & Data-Driven Marketing

  • Website Optimization

  • SEO & Content Strategy

  • Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Social Media & Email Marketing

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking

Location: Remote; Chicago preferred but not required.
